What we process and why

  • Visiting the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
  • Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not build a profile of you. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are used.
  • Email. Our email runs on Apple iCloud. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to answer you and keep it for up to two years. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your question.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except Cloudflare and Apple, who process it for us. They may process data outside the European Union under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Young players

Many visitors to this site are young players. We do not ask for personal data on this website. If a young player emails us, we use the email only to answer and delete it once the question is handled. If you are under 16, ask a parent before you email us.

Our games

Our games run on Roblox. Roblox's own privacy policy applies to playing them: Roblox Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
